Admissions/General Information

Bethlehem Children's Center admits students of any race, color, national, ethnic origin, and physical ability to all the rights, privileges, programs and activities generally accorded or made available to students at the school.  It does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national, ethnic origin or physical ability in the administration of its educational policies, admissions policies, scholarship and loan programs, athletic and other school administered programs.

All registration forms along with an annual $75.00 non-refundable registration fee and the first month's payment must be returned to the Center before admission.  The $75.00 fee is due each August.  Parents must notify the Center immediately of any changes in emergency or identification information.

Center tour

Tours of the Center may be scheduled by phone, 538-2266 or email, bcc@sonic.net.  If you drop in, there may be no one available to show you around.  A good time to visit is somewhere between 9 and 10:30.  Bringing your child is optional.

Immunizations

Every child must have had a physical examination within the last six months.  A doctor, assistant, or nurse practitioner must sign and date the appropriate form.  All immunizations must be current and recorded on State forms that are provided by the Center.  Immunization updates need to be reported to the office to keep files current.

Registration & Tuition

A $75.00 non-refundable registration fee is due in advance of attendance; $50.00 for each additional child of the same family.  If your child withdraws for longer than two weeks, a re-registration fee of $75.00 will secure his/her spot.

The monthly payment is the same regardless of the number of reserved days used.  There is no provision for trading reserved days for extra days for part time children.

After the first child, additional children's fees are at a 10% discount, the child with the higher tuition rate is considered to be the first child.  BLC members are given a 10% discount for each child.
